How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee window, contact AccuView TV customer support. Please have your order information available, including your PayPal transaction ID and the email address used at checkout. Cancelling Future Renewals

To stop future recurring monthly charges, cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. Because subscriptions are processed through PayPal, you can manage and cancel your recurring subscription directly in your PayPal account under Automatic Payments, or by contacting customer support. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. Subscription renewals are non-refundable and no prorated refunds are issued.
